  By inserting and installing semi-precast panels and permanent anchors pre-fabricated in the ground on the cut-off surface of the cut section, the earth pressure acting on the precast (PC) panel is applied to the slope by the pulling resistance of the permanent anchors settled on the original ground. This is a top-down reinforcement method that secures stability and improves acupressure capability through structural integration through reinforcement assembly and concrete placement on the back side, and a lightweight panel saves installation and transportation costs.
