1. FRDS-e (Flood Rapid Defense System equipment)

- The city-type FRDS improved existing 'wedge type' into 'sole type' panels and adopted a module mode so it can be connected and expanded infinitely in the horizontal and vertical directions according to a flood circumstance. 

- The developed system was designed to be converted to (+) 90° and (-) 90° directions using three FRDSs to enable flexible and pro-active responses to a type of main target facilities in the city.

 

2. IMS (IoT based Inundation Monitoring System) )

- It aimed to make a total package of on-site inundation response system with FRDS panels by developing IMS.

- IoT based IMS monitors the current inundation situation of building inner space and basement and provides information related to an appropriate time of installing FRDS panels.

- Concept of Systemized FRDS use on site according to flood phase (Mitigation-Preparedness-Response-Recovery) as a total package of on-site inundation response system
