The 80GHz Radar Tank Level Gauge is a radar sensor product that measures the distance to an object using the FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) method.
This is a non-contact sensor that measures the distance to the surface of a liquid or powder tank directly by TOP-DOWN.
There is no need to compensate for changes in the density, dielectric or conductivity of the liquid, and accuracy remains unaffected even when pressure, temperature, and most vapor space conditions change.
Since the Radar Level Gauge does not have a separate moving part, maintenance is minimized and can be separated from the process using a PET seal or valve.
It does not come into contact with the measuring medium, so it is suitable for corrosive or contaminated environments.
